We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct)

We will offer expedited shipping through USPS.

 

Packages will be shipped out within 48 business hours with tracking information offered to you shortly after.

 

Shipping is $17 for the first pair and $7 for each additional pair. Your tracking information will allow you to trace your shipment on www.usps.com

 

Shipping will take 4-7 business days total from when you process your order.

 

Customers are responsible for tracing their shipments. If you don`t get your package after 7 business days,please contact us at sales@hokoshoes.com . We will help to check the status out for you. www.hokoshoes.com is not responsible for automatically returned packages, if USPS failed to deliver the package due to incorrectly provided address or unavailability of consignee.

 

International Shipping Information

 

For International order, we will ship using USPS Glabal Express. This method takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

 

Because it takes us up to 48 business hours to process your order, package will arrive in 6-9 business days maximum. Because we value our customers, we will mark as package as personal gifts and declare of value of $40 USD. However, we are not responsible for any customs duties or problems.

 

If you prefer for us to mark actual value of footwear, please make a note of that during checkout.

 

Canadian customers: $27 fee for your first pair (additional pair $6 each).

 

Western Europe & Asia & Australia & New Zealand: $40 fee for your first pair (additional pair $6 each).

 

Other Area customers: $45 fee for your first pair (additional pair $6 each).
