Return Or Exchange Process

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered.   To return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the shoebox. 

 

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to sales@hokoshoes.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us.  I will repeat: the shoes must be unworn or we will reject your refund.  After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed directly through the credit card you paid with.  Customers are required to pay shipping fee & return freight on all returns. 

 

DO NOT simply ship shoes back to the original address, or your refund will not be successfully processed.  All customers wishing to send their footwear back must contact us for the proper return address.  Please remember to email us the tracking number at sales@hokoshoes.com after you ship the return.

 

All returns are subject to an 20%-restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.HoKoShoes.com and paying for shipping & handling for the new shipment with exchanged merchandise. Returns and exchanges back to www.HoKoShoes.com must be shipped within 14 days of getting approval for an exchange

We are not responsible for any customs duty, taxes, lost merchandise, or delivery failures due to incorrect shipping address.  If buyers want us to put low value to avoid customs tax, please contacts before shipment.

 

There is no restocking fee on items sent back for exchange.
